Residents of the Boca Del Mar communities adjacent to the development sites of what was the Mizner Trail Golf Course, have been inquiring about the status of the areas adjacent to their neighborhoods. These sites are not part of Boca Del Mar, and we can only do our best to acquire all information made publicly available. What follows is what we know to be the current status of the development as of December, 2022.
The developer of the property is North American Development Group (NADG). The property being developed is named “Brentwood Village” on their website.

NADG Summary
Brentwood Village is a generational residential development located on 125 acres in central Boca Raton. The location of the Project, which is the epitome of “core,” in conjunction with the strength of the residential market in Boca and the “build-to-rent” strategy, makes it one of the most high-profile developments in the SE US. The Project will consist of 115 single family homes, ranging from 2,100 sf – 2,800 sf, and 137 townhomes, ranging from 1,600 sf – 1,800 sf. Each unit will have custom, high-end finishes such as Silestone Quartz Countertops, Emser Porcelain Plank flooring, GE appliances and also feature “smart-home” compatibility, such as Ring Doorbell connectivity and smart locks. The Project will also be highly amenitized, with a 3+ acre recreation pod consisting of a clubhouse/fitness center, 5,500 sf resort-style pool, pickle-ball courts, basketball court, playground, multi-purpose fields, dog park and other amenities.

Construction Schedule
The first two pods to be built will be Banyan Cove and Madison Cove. Their planned completion time is one year.

BDMIA interaction with NADG has been sincere and professional. Land will be tested continually for meeting EPA requirements. Dirt will be removed as necessary. Construction may be disruptive and dusty at times and they have assured us that they will use water trucks to minimize dusty conditions and will do the best they can to keep disruptions to a minimum. They are committed to making this project go as smoothly as possible considering that construction is always disruptive to a community. NADG has committed to working with current residents on a one to one basis for unique issues that may occur.
